Clean Up Your House

This may or may not be a true story but it probably is...

We had a nice family move in next door to us a few years back. As a good neighbor I went over to introduce myself and they were workin in the garage. (at the time I did not notice the 8 cars parked in the driveway). After sayign hello, I asked them what they were doing and was told that they were turning the garage into their home and would be renting out rooms in the main house.

After I picked my jaw up off the floor and called code enforcement, I am not sure I ever said another word to my new amigos.

As you would/could/should expect, one weekend later in the year we were out of town and when we came home they were all gone...Packed up in the night and moved out.

Foreclosures can (in this instance) be a good thing!
